Sales Office/Trade Counter Manager
Summary:
Achieve company goals in order to maximise profits through effective generating of sales, processing of orders and associated administration
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Participating in all activities that contribute to the achievement of the centres sales, margin and profit targets
Complying with all policies, procedures and legislation relevant to the role
Assisting the centre management team to achieve KPI standards
Answering all incoming calls within the require timescales
Processing orders received via phone or fax and where possible always exceeding the expectations of the customer
Where applicable, serving customers at the trade counter in an efficient and friendly manner, ensuring the quantity of goods is correct against the amount invoiced and the quality of goods meets the required standards
Carrying out an agreed volume of telesales calls to profiled accounts in order to increase their turnover year on year
Maximising all sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
Compiling and maintaining records of all telesales calls completed and any customer intelligence gathered
Dealing with complaints promptly and effectively to provide and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Monitoring and actioning all back orders and complying with manufacturers returns policies
Maintaining centre administration in line with company policies and procedures
Ensuring any Health and Safety or security breaches are reported immediately to the Sales Office Manager and/or Centre Manager
Participating in the bi-monthly Watts Happening meeting and providing constructive feedback in relation to centre performance and operational issues
Participating in the centres annual stock take whilst complying with the company guidelines
Carrying out any other reasonable tasks or duties at the discretion of the management.
Working hours are either 07:30 - 16:00 or 08:30 - 17:30. Monday - Friday
