Production Operator
This organisation specialise in the design and manufacture of sensing devices. Their Leicester facility employs over 300 people and they are part of a larger American corporation. In order to support an increasing demand for their products the need to recruit production operatives has arisen. This is an excellent opportunity to join an internationally recognised business, which provides a fantastic working environment for their employees. The ideally the candidate will have experience in an Electronics/Manufacturing environment. Most importantly the individual will be a good team player who has a positive attitude and willing to learn.
The Role
? Assembly of Instruments role where associates learn the basics of soldering, wire stripping and begin to read mechanical drawings.
? once employees are fully trained in the basics, they will then begin to learn different, more complex parts of the department, which involve reading and testing dials, which measure speed, accuracy and distance.
? Candidates are required to complete and pass the soldering course.
