Basic Job Spec
. Tracking the progress of orders. Collating and reporting sales information from the
Distributors. Ensure that all orders comply with the pricing policy and T&Cs are applied.
. Knowledge of Inco terms and Great plain would be an advantage.
. Collating and reporting sales information from distributors.
. To ensure that the relevant Sales Manager is kept fully informed at all times of the
Progress of orders for their customers.
. Manage the Sales Support Administrator and support their personal development.
. Work with other departments to establish and update Sales Opportunity Database,
Quotation log and other databases (CRM system).
The ability to work independently, co-ordinating across departments as necessary to ensure maximum customer satisfaction consistent with the company?s commercial requirements is key in this role.
This job will pay up to £25000 and is based in Cambridge.
