Due to large scale maintenance work on there properties my client has an opportunity for a Gas Engineer.
My client are a local housing trust who currently maintain over 500 properties within the Shrewsbury area .They currently have residents varying form the elderly to vulnerable children. The ideal candidate will have:

To be a fully qualified time served Gas engineer approved by the national accredited certification Scheme (NACS).
Any of the following qualifications would be an advantage
Commercial gas
Hetas (soild fuel)
Oftec (Oil)
L.P.G. (Gas)
To hold a current driving licence
Must undertake a CRB check due to the nature of the residents.

Brief details of post are:
You will be responsible for the annual gas servicing to domestic gas appliances, boiler replacement, responsive maintenance to gas systems and installation of central heating systems, all to current regulations.
To satisfy tenants and other customers through courteous efficient work.
To maintain the associations assets
To contribute to the overall development of south Shropshire housing association s quality housing service.
