Globe Worldwide have been tasked by their client with sourcing a number of Facilities maintenance engineers to work in the London area and surround.
The role would be to cover the FM of several sites within London which necessitates you having proven experience in at least one, probably more, of the following areas;

Aircon
HVAC
Electrical
Construction
Telecoms/Datacoms

You will on a daily basis ensure that all documentation is up to date including;
? Maintenance and update of building logs set within project plans, including the communication of plans and all associated maintenance schedules
? Management of risks, issues and change logs

Therefore you must be a very organised, committed individual, capable of taking the initiative and working alone. A strong personality, with the necessary determination to overcome obstacles and achieve results. Skills should include most of the below:


? Good expertise in Microsoft Word or Excel
? Excellent verbal and written communication
