My client are a local housing trust who currently maintain over 500 properties within the Shrewsbury area .They currently have residents varying form the elderly to vulnerable children. The ideal candidate will have:
To be a fully qualified electrician, competent to the latest City & Guilds 236 1 7 2 or equivalent. City & Guilds 2380 16th edition (i.e.e.Regs)
To be conversant with BS 7671
To hold a current valid driving licence
To be conversant with the building trade


Brief details of post are:
To safely install, repair and maintain electrical wiring and equipment.
To satisfy tenants through courteous and efficient work.
To maintain the associations assets
To contribute to the overall development of south shropshire housing associations quality housing service
