Our client is a UK based Centre of Excellence for Industry Training & Education. They have secured several major projects in line with their expansion programme and now require a number of skilled professionals to join their existing successful team.

Our client provides to industry a range of different delivery methods including distance learning, classroom, In company and overseas delivery of its accredited programmes.

They are currently seeking a Head of Logistics Programme Studies for a newly established academy in the UAE. The role will include responsibility for, in the first instance, eight Tutors who will be delivering across a broad spectrum of levels up to degree level in several disciplines.

In addition you will ensure that all provision is delivered in accordance with all awarding body and client criteria to meet national and international standards.


Knowledge and Skills:

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level ideally in a logistics related discipline.

This is a demanding role that requires an enthusiastic person displaying innovation and flexibility in performance.

You will have a strong personality with proven track record in management, augmented by an in-depth knowledge and experience of the educational system at FE/HE level is essential for this role

You should possess excellent inter personal and communication skills.

Experience of working or acting as a Consultant in the logistics and supply chain sector would be ideal.

You must also possess strong leadership and analytical skills providing the innovation and enthusiasm to take the organisation forward.

The basic salary will be in a range of £ 37,401 - £43,355 pa tax free. In addition generous accommodation and school allowances will be paid along with relocation and travel assistance.
