Our client is a UK based Centre of Excellence for Industry Training & Education. They have secured several major projects in line with their expansion programme and now require a number of skilled professionals to join their existing successful team.

They are looking to recruit hard working enthusiastic individuals of the highest quality, who are time and goal orientated with the ability to meet extremely tight deadlines. Our client provides to industry a range of different delivery methods including distance learning, classroom, In company and overseas delivery of its accredited programmes.

They are currently seeking a Curriculum Development and Manager to be responsible for ensuring that all provisions of the newly established academy in the UAE fit into the overall curriculum to meet the objectives of all stakeholders, both nationally and internationally, whilst meeting the criteria of relevant accreditation bodies.

Knowledge and Skills:

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline.

This is a demanding role that requires an enthusiastic person who can work to strict timeframes, displaying innovation and flexibility in performance.

A proven track record working in a Further Education or similar environment is essential for this role.

You should possess excellent inter personal and communication skills.

You must also possess strong leadership and analytical skills providing the innovation and enthusiasm to take the organisation forward.

The basic salary will be in a range of £ 37,401 - £43,355 pa tax free. In addition generous accommodation and school allowances will be paid along with relocation and travel assistance.
