An ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is required to join a prestigious sub contractor based in the Hertfordshire area

Remuneration:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits, these include:

The client and the role:
My client is an established growing sub contractor that specialises in groundworks, demolition and concrete frames.

The team of 3 Quantity Surveyors have had a steep learning curve since they started working there resulting in a "hands off" method of training to any new staff.

They work in the following specialties:
•Demolition
•Bulk earthworks
•Groundwork
•Surfacing
•Landscaping

Due to their continued growth they are in need of an enthusiastic and keen Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on projects typically valued from £100,000 up to £10 million.

As the successful Quantity Surveyor you will be based in Hertfordshire from which you will help cover the whole of London.

Requirements:
Ideally 3+ years UK Quantity Surveying experience
Main contractor background
Positive attitude to progress in their career
Groundwork/ Pilling/ Civil project experience is essential
