We currently have an exciting vacancy for our esteemed Gloucester based insurer. Role and Key Responsibilities:
Following a re-structure within Management Services, our client is looking for a team leader for their Property and Services Helpdesk and Reception and Switchboard functions. Customer Service is key to the effective operation of these functions, contact being directly with both external customers primarily through reception and switchboard and with internal customers primarily through the helpdesk.
You will be required to handle the more complex work within the team, including complaint handling, in order to achieve results in line with the high standards of service defined within this company. You will also liaise with other areas of the business, and in particular with other areas of Management Services, to provide an effective service. Within this role you will report directly to the Head of Property and Services and the role will require you to work closely with the Property and Services Helpdesk and Reception and Switchboard teams, so you will also need to have effective people management skills and be capable of motivating and developing employees to be able to deliver the high standards of service.

Qualifications and Previous Experience Required:
Previous team leading experience in an office environment is essential for this role. The successful applicant would be expected to hold, or be prepared to commence studies towards, an NVQ level 3 or other relevant professional qualifications.
