Real Time Analyst : Leeds : Up to £20k

Major blue chip client within the Sheffield area is currently recruiting for a Real Time Analyst to work within their already extremely successful team.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the forecasts & staffing from approximately 12 days out to on the day itself
Planning and organising available staff in order to meet business targets
Update staffing deviation reports, analysing shortfalls & taking necessary action
Plan, organise, monitor and allocate resources appropriately to meet service standards

Experience / Skills Required:

Previous experience within similar role is essential
Excellent decision making ability and organisation skills
Flexible regarding to working hours (5 days from 7)
Experience of using a WFM tool
Knowledge of service level dynamics and impact of staff movement on key performance measures
Experience of contact centre forecasting and planning methodologies
