We currently have a Customer Service vacancy for our esteemed Gloucester based insurer. Role and Key Responsibilities:
CPS (Churches Purchasing Scheme) supplies a comprehensive range of products to churches, associated groups and the general public. Based in Gloucester, CPS staff work closely with our client with a view to adding value and expanding the products CPS can offer its customers with a strong emphasis on service to our clients policyholders.
They are now looking for a Customer Service Adviser to assist them in expanding their portfolio of clients and increasing sales whilst retaining a high level of customer service.
The key element of this role is working as part of the telesales team, maximizing sales opportunities as well as servicing existing clients, order processing/monitoring and other administrative duties. No cold calling is required.
Qualifications and Previous Experience Required:
Whilst full training will be provided, ideally you should have some experience of working in a sales environment. In addition you must be customer focused, a strong team player with good communication skills with an ability to work under pressure and to team targets.
