Excellent opportunity to work for a leading Field Marketing company. You will be responsible for providing support for Field Reps and maintaining a good relationship with retail stores.

Our client look after a Client project for a product called Blackberry, which is a mini handheld computer. The Blackberry is sold in mobile phone retail outlets all over the Europe and this role (German speaking Field Representative) will involve acting as a helpdesk for mobile phone stores who may have customers coming in with faults or technical problems with the product.

The Helpdesk are responsible for providing information and advice over the telephone (in German) and advising the store on how best to help the customer. You will be responsible for talking through technical faults and advising where to send back faulty products.

Ideal candidates will ideally be native German speakers- all applicants must speak fluent German.
The role is to start asap and is a permanent position based in Oxford City Centre.
Full product training will be given.
Hours are Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm
