Job Title : International Customer Service Representative

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a keen and eager individual to join our friendly and successful Books Customer Service department. As a member of the International Customer Service team, you?ll be responsible for providing support to our customers in the Middle East & Africa.

This is a permanent position based at our offices in Oxford. The role is fulltime, working 35 hours per week.

Your contribution will be to:
· Provide excellent service and support to a variety of international & over sea?s customers primarily by email, but also telephone and letter correspondence
· Be personally responsible for building and maintaining strong operational relationships with internal contacts, such as territorial sales managers and local distributors
· Enthusiastically meet and exceed all customer service targets

To succeed in this challenging role, you?ll need to:
· use your initiative while problem solving
· enjoy communicating with customers from different cultures
· be a team player, while also confident to work on your own
· most importantly be willing & flexible to turn your hand to different tasks

Do you:
· have knowledge & understanding of export practices, including freight forwarders and customs restrictions
· live within 15 miles of Oxford
· have previous experience of working in a fast paced customer service environment
