DIRECTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. GLOBAL IT ORGANISATION M4 CORRIDOR. SIGNIFICANT PACKAGE AND BEFIFITS TO REFLECT EXPERIENCE.

Highly experienced Director of Customer Service required for my client, a global IT/ Communications leader. With a full remit to manage multiple internal teams, outsourced partners and contact centres, the candidate that secures this highly prestigious position will have to demonstrate delivering significant improvement whilst working for another global or pan-European organisation.
You will have full accountability for Board reporting and supporting sales teams across EMEA major accounts and for overseeing operating systems, policies and structures across multiple call centres.
A detailed knowledge of the operational complexities of IT/ Telecommunications organisation will be essential. You will also be able to demonstrate your management and motivational abilities and the enthusiasm to drive a best in class service structure whilst maintaining employee engagement. You will also need a financial awareness and the ability to assess operational cost models and change management to improve productivity and efficiency.
