Customer Services Advisor - Birmingham £12,000 - £16,000
Our client is a leading telephone/internet bank who service customers in the Trade Union and Social Economy sectors.
Due to exciting and ambitious growth plans, they now have opportunities for Customer Service Advisors who will be based in their Brindleyplace office.
To be considered for this post all applicants must have corporate banking experience, excellent telephone and keyboard skills and a customer-focused approach to work.
Successful candidates are likely to have a broad knowledge of banking practices gained through previous similar roles rather than one banking specialism.
There are three customer service teams and staff have the opportunity to work in each team.
Therefore a range of skills is required including great admin skills, accurate keyboard skills and a friendly, efficient telephone manner.
Daily activities will include:
Actioning all banking and Customer Service work, accurately and within agreed service levels
Contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the Department through reviewing and proposing improvements to processes and procedures
Ensuring all activities is fully compliant with appropriate regulatory requirements
