THE PERSON:
? Ideal candidates will be graduate calibre or at minimum; educated to A-Level (or equivalent) standard and be able to demonstrate the key skills required for outstanding customer service (preferably telephone based) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? You will be able to communicate fully (i.e read, write, listen and speak) in Spanish.
? A dynamic and driven character with plenty of stamina and attention to detail. Organisation and planning skills are a must. You must be a problem solver and a hard working team player.

SAMPLE KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

? Providing consistent, high quality, pro-active support to a specific divisions? customers, via incoming customer enquiries and outbound customer care calls
? Working with the company?s Overseas Customers (estate agents and new homes developers) based both in the UK and overseas

? Maintaining relevant reports used to monitor progress against targets (internally) and providing ad-hoc reports regarding customer?s performance to support customer review meetings.

? Working with the team to produce and issue monthly communications/reports to customers.

? Ensuring members overseas property details are displayed promptly and accurately and updated regularly.

? Maintaining the customer contact database : ensuring it is up to date and accurate.

? Liaising with external suppliers and internal technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries.

? Providing sales support where appropriate.

? Any other administrative / support tasks as required.

? Above all you will be a lively and fun person who will enjoy the job and the team environment.
