? Ideal candidates will be educated to A-Level (preferably graduate) standard and be able to demonstrate the key skills required for outstanding customer service (preferably telephone based) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

SAMPLE KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
? Providing consistent, high quality, pro-active support to a specific divisions? customers, via incoming customer enquiries and outbound customer care calls
? Remain in constant communication with a team of field sales executives and work closely to deliver sales support and attend to all customer requirements
? Using your creative skills to best present the customers details on the company website. You will learn quickly how to create adverts for their large portfolio of clients and use Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) to an intermediate standard.
? Continual proactive monitoring of developers? performance and problem solving to improve results
? Producing monthly and ad-hoc results reports for customer reviews, to include analysis of performance, emails, phone calls and user feedback surveys
? Liaising with external suppliers and internal technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries
? As the job is primarily admin based and 85% of the working day is spent on the creation of adverts or updating of adverts, you will require consistent stamina and the ability to stay creative throughout the day.
