Oyr client provide educational publications for schools, colleges , universities and businesses. They are seeking an additional person to join the contact centre team.
The role will be a permanent full time role to include handling all incoming enquiries from customers placing orders and wanting more information. responding to enquiries via telephone email and fax.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 18 months customer service experience within an office or call centre environment.
Full training will be given on all products and a confident and clear telephone manner is required.
