We are looking to recruit an experienced sales ledger clerk to join our sales department. Working for one of the largest food producers in the world based at a state of the art food production factory in Tipton in the West Midlands. Working in the sales department you well have experience of processing orders on to a computer system, checking invoices/ checking figures on quotes and re entering costs as applicable. Attention to detail is imperative as mistakes can cost the company a lot of money. Other duties will include answering the phone and screening calls for the sales department, taking and assisting in customer queries. You will have worked in a customer service environment previously & possess good IT skills, credit control experience would be a benefit although not essential.

The hours of work are 8:30 to 17.30 Monday to Thursday and 08.30-14.30 Friday.
The salary for the ideal candidate will be £15,000 per annum
