Handling customer phone calls.
Assist with fitters reports, recording details to databases.
Follow up phone calls for breakdowns and silo deliveries.
Induction arrangements with follow up phone calls with over the phone/ fax refresher.
New Project- service interval timetable for silos.

Assist in the new complaints system
2) OPS MANAGER SUPPORT
Filing
Personnel
Collate meetings minutes/ action points.
Order number support for plants and mobile silo spares.
3) SALES SUPPORT

General sales enquires
The successful candidate will assist the Transport & Maintenance CoOrdinator in the receipt, input and monitoring of customer orders and queries. A sound knowledge of PC based applications is a must (Excel, Word etc) further knowledge of SAP and Athena (delivery system) would be an advantage but not essential.
