Applicants must have at least 6 months experience working in a customer service environment. You must have great communication skills and have the ability to work in a customer service environment, have multi tasking skills and a desire for career progression. You must also have basic grammar, writing and arithmetic skills.

Based in an easy to get to location, by car and public transport (free car parking provided), you can enjoy the buzz of being in a busy fast paced, driven environment.

Hours of work are a 37.5 hour shift pattern between 0830 : 1900 Monday to Friday and between 0900 : 1700 Saturday. Approx 1 Saturday in 3 will need to be worked.
