Customer Service Advisor - West Yorkshire - Bradford - £13700 per annum + Benefits : Mon-Fri 9-5
Our client is looking for Customer Service Advisors to work for its busy offices in Bradford. Experience of customer service/admin/data entry is preferred.
The main purpose of the role is to offer a high standard of customer service by effectively responding to all inbound customer enquiries, identifying the customer?s needs and offering a suitable solution.
In order to apply for this role you must possess the following skills: ? Customer focussed, can demonstrate an approachable, polite, patient and empathetic manner. Can identify customer needs and offer realistic and suitable solutions whilst managing expectations. ? Works to own initiative, taking ownership of requests and queries through to completion ? Time management ? Diplomatic ? Communications, Active listening and questioning skills; Good verbal and written communication which is clear and concise to ensure understanding; Able to translate terminology into plain language; Speaks calmly ? Problem solving; Being able to identify and understand the nature of an enquiry and use logic, to offer an appropriate solution ? Flexibility; Able to work effectively in an environment that is changing and evolving. Willingness to undertake tasks outside own area or role when required. ?
