This leading independent utilities company are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to cover their busy billing period.

You will be dealing with all aspects of billing of water charges involving continual contact with customers by telephone, letters, and face to face. Liaison with other departments regarding all aspects of billing and supply problems and issues.

Qualifications / education required:
GCSE in English and Mathematics, minimum Grade C.
Experience:
Computer literate, with a good telephone manner. Previous customer-facing experience and the capability to work unsupervised in a small team, managing own workload.
