Customer Case Managers : Contact Centre - Hertfordshire - Watford - salary up to £15k plus excellent training, performance related bonus, pension and other excellent company benefits!

My client is one of the UK?s leading suppliers of customer service provisions for organisations wishing to outsource an extension of their customer support. They have recently successfully launched an innovative and market leading customer care service for their exciting client within the automotive industry.

They are currently recruiting for customer service case managers to work within their brand new office location within a stunning business park near Watford.

You will provide the highest level of care, with customer satisfaction being the rime objective. Main duties will include handing high volumes of telephone calls, emails and paper mail in a very professional manner and in accordance with the clients and internal company procedures. You will also be using the clients systems to process and record customer service issues and warranty related claims within the defined guidelines. Dealing with the dealerships and members of the public you must be passionate about customer service and be able to deliver strong results within a fast paced environment.

Key Skills:

? Excellent customer service skills with the ability to demonstrate strong listening, empathy and negotiation skills.
? Excellent telephone manner and the ability to record information accurately whilst holding conversation and make decisions about the action to take.
? Excellent organisation skills
? Excellent administration skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills are absolutely essential!!
? A positive attitude with a smart and well presented appearance
? A full clean driving licence with own transport is ideal, especially in order to enjoy some of the exciting company benefits!

Hours: 40 hours per week, applicants must be flexible to work various shifts within the service opening times. Service opening times are between 8am and 6.30pm weekdays and 9am to 12noon on Saturdays. Only one Saturday in 3 or 4 is required for all case managers.
