Call Centre Team Leader - Aylesbury, Bucks, - £16,120per annum
Our Clients are a full service market research agency and specialise in measuring customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
They are now looking for an Experienced Team Leader to supervise Market Research Telephone Interviewers
Fixed Shift pattern available, though must be flexible with working hours (to include weekends)
Proven man management skills required - Confident supervising large groups
Expert communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
Knowledge of the Market Research industry an advantage
This role will be at £8 p/h for a weekly paid permanent role (following a probationary period) : hours will be agreed with suitable candidates but initial thoughts are that we would be looking somebody to fill the 3.00pm- 9.00pm shift.
