My client is the UK?s leading specialist business-to-business telemarketing organisation - their clients are some of the world?s most prestigious names in IT and telecommunications. From their 200-seat multimedia and multilingual offices, they provide services across EMEA, America and Australasia.

They are looking for a Call Centre Manager who will have an impact on their aggressive growth plans. You will not only motivate and lead a team of talented Team Leaders : your inspirational management will act as a role model to those around you, making sure they continue to deliver the exceptional standards of service that their blue-chip technology clients expect. Given the extensive growth plans, you will also support the Head of Client Delivery, developing and innovating their client delivery strategy.

You will excel in achieving results through people, process and systems and possess the strong project management skills essential to giving the sales teams the support and resources they need to perform at the highest level. You will also have significant people management experience, the capacity to interact with clients and the ability to instil professionalism throughout the delivery process.
