Branch Manager - Malvern and Evesham (Worcestershire) - salary-negotiable

Due to new branch expansion in Worcestershire, an exciting opportunity has arisen for the positions of Branch Manager for our "New" Malvern and Evesham Branches, planned to open in January and April 2008 respectively.

Reporting to : Central West Area Director.

Your main aim will be the achievement of year on year profit growth within the Branch through the implementation of Branch operating systems. One of your key tasks will be to motivate, develop and lead a team to provide outstanding levels of customer service.

It is essential that you possess the energy and commitment to drive the business and develop new customers in a new area for the company. An ability to demonstrate man-management skills and the ability to get on with the job are essential.
