Senior Management Consultant - NCA Housing Programme - London

Leading Management Consultancy requires Senior Management Consultants for procurement, management and the provision of consultancy services in the social housing sector.

The company is looking to double in size over the next 5 years by recruiting and developing people to provide a real value adding service.

The Role

" Working closely with groups of social landlords to identify opportunities to make efficiency gains through consortium working
" Championing the uptake of innovative procurement practices in the social housing sector
" Coaching and encouraging embryonic consortia and nurturing them to fruition
" Identifying and capturing Best Practice and tailoring it to the needs of consortia
" Working with consortia to develop and implement methods of Efficiency Gain Measurement
" Actively marketing the NCA Housing programme, through direct contact, seminars and the NCA Housing website
" Interfacing with a broad range of other key stakeholders to maintain the status of NCA Housing as a leader in the social housing sector
" Overseeing the work of the Consultants who have been Accredited by NCA Housing
" Assisting with the administration of the £33M Efficiency Challenge Fund
" Supervising the work of consultants and support staff

The Person

A minimum of 10 years experience in the construction or property management industry.
Whereas the successful candidate will initially be deployed within the NCA Housing programme, they will have demonstrated the versatility and appetite to work in a wide variety of other sectors as our business continues to grow and develop.
