Senior Acoustics Consultant - Glasgow. Competitive salary plus benefits
Our Client is seeking an experienced consultant help grow their expanding environmental noise business. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in environmental noise monitoring and a good working knowledge of methods of assessment (BS4142, IPPC, DMRB and ETSU). Experience of noise modelling tools and/or knowledge of industrial noise control techniques would be a distinct advantage.
Candidates should have good project management and report writing skills and should also be experienced in client management, tender writing and in business development. Membership of the Institute of Acoustics is required, although relevant experience will also be taken into account.
The ideal candidate will be given the opportunity to become involved in research and development of numerical models for environmental assessment as well as innovative international END mapping, action planning and monitoring projects.
