Mayfair Licenced Career Coach : UK Wide Opportunity

Applications are sought from people with an entrepreneurial spirit who also have a wish to provide a service which is important to people and their careers whilst building their own business.

Mayfair Career Coaching currently successfully provide Career Coaching to a wide range of people using a series of modules designed by us and protected under copy right. In order now to continue to grow our business it has been decided to train a limited number of licenced associate partners who once trained will operate their own business under the Mayfair banner with our support and guidance. The training will lead to full accreditation with the prestigious International Coaching Institute : an internationally recognized coaching accreditation.

We will apply strict selection criteria and successful applicants will be required to pay a one off licence fee to cover training cost and ongoing support. Such is the importance of this service that it has been recognized as qualifying under the Government backed Career Development Loan scheme and so qualifying licencee?s could be able to cover virtually 50% of the initial cost using this scheme.

The one off licence fee covers:
? 5 days residential training : this will prepare the licencee to begin to operate as a career coach and covers how to find clients, how to work the client through the 5 Mayfair Career modules to help them find the right role.
? A number of one day follow up meetings and 14 days in the field mentoring to support the new licencee as they begin to generate clients and start to deliver the modules.
? Following successful completion of the above and a 6 month probationary period we would sponsor the licencee for full accreditation with the International Coaching Institute
? A brand new laptop will be provided fully loaded with all the tools necessary to function using the Mayfair modules.
? We will help find a suitable office and pay the first month rental to enable the new coach to begin the ground work to build their business.
? An exclusive designated area with sufficient population and commerce to support the business.
? Ongoing marketing to supply a number of client leads to augment the marketing being undertaken by the licencee.
? The licencee will be offered the opportunity to provide coaching services, run workshops and benefit from recruiting fees that have been generated by Mayfair as a company and all in addition to the potential for the licencee?s self generated activity in these areas
? There is a genuine opportunity to earn £50K and upwards per annum
