Junior Management Consultant - NCA Housing Programme - London

Leading Management Consultancy requires Junior Management Consultants to provide a support service to assist the wider consultancy team in the execution of their duties.

The company is looking to double in size over the next 5 years by recruiting and developing people to provide a real value adding service

The Role
"Assist with marketing the NCA programme
"Collect and collate efficiency gain data from consortia
"Establish and maintain the records of the NCA programme
"Maintain issue and risk registers in conjunction with project consultants
"Update individual project plans and the overall programme plan
"Administer the Loan Fund in accordance with the requirements of ODPM and ensure accurate and comprehensive records are kept
"Keep accounts relating to sub contractors and programme partners and prepare draft invoices for submission to the client
"Organise and administer meetings for programme consultants with the client, social landlords and other stakeholder organisations
"Operate the help desk provided to advise enquirers about the activities of the NCA and the operation of the Loan Fund
"Generally provide a support service to assist the wider consultant team in the execution of their duties

The Person
Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in the construction or property management industry. However we will look at candidates with less experience provided this experience to date is sufficiently relevant.
Whereas the successful candidate will initially be deployed within the NCA Housing programme, they will have demonstrated the versatility and appetite to work in a wide variety of other sectors as our business continues to grow and develop.
