Junior Consultant - Construction and Property Industry - London
Leading Management Consultancy requires Junior Consultants to provide a support service to assist the wider consultancy team in the execution of their duties in the construction and property sector.
The company is looking to double in size over the next 5 years by recruiting and developing people to provide a real value adding service.
The Role
" Collection and analysis of data
" Presentation of findings and report writing
" Use of models to support observations and conclusions
" Support to Senior Consultants, Associates and Partners on major commissions and assignments
The Person
Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in the construction or property management industry. However we will look at candidates with less experience provided this experience to date is sufficiently relevant.
We expect the successful candidate to move progressively into an increasingly consulting oriented role and will provide appropriate on and off the job training.
By this route, we hope to be able to attach high calibre candidates who will not only wish to progress positively through the business but also have the core competencies to be able to do so
Thorough, reliable and with a sense of responsibility towards clients and help line enquirers
High degree of competence in IT in terms of office functions and potential to learn more
Articulate and competent at writing short reports
Qualifications required
" Degree
" Membership of a professional body such as RICS or CIOB or one recognized by the Engineering Council
" Willingness to train to IMC membership
