You should have a good degree or equivalent measure of commercial experience within a service or support position involving efficiently dealing with customers. You will be responsible for independently handling immigration case work from start to finish. You will need to be proficient with email and office applications and have the ability to absorb information rapidly. You should be a confident communicator and have the ability to sell a service effectively. You will be dealing with customers who do not speak English as their first language. If you are OISC qualified, this would be an added bonus, if not, we have the ability to train you to this level and beyond. We are an expanding and dynamic organization.
