The role:

A Health consultant with skills in financial management and performance improvement to strengthen our successful Health practice, who is also able to apply cross-sectoral skills to other areas of the public sector as required.

Essential

? Hands on practical consultant, with a entrepreneurial sprit who is prepared to step outside the comfort zone and get stuck into sorting out the problems our clients face
? Good understanding of Health Financial Management requirements and measurement
? First hand experience of the problems facing clients in the ever changing health sector
? CIPFA or CA qualified
? Demonstrates proven capability in delivering results in difficult environments
? Very good interpersonal/communication/ presentational skills
? Self-motivated
? Capable of working to tight deadlines and maintain quality
? IT literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Access etc)
? Team player capable of working on own initiative
? Able to travel throughout the UK : likes hotels and motorway driving
? Comfortable with the sales process
? Capable of using your skill set across different sectors if required
? Good project manager
? Capability of working and delivering multiple projects to tight deadlines

Desirable
? Hands on operational experience within the health sector
? Experience in Man Management and the people issues
? Practical experience in delivering all or a number of the primary products in the tool box
