We are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator to join our Customer Support Team based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The main purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective facilities service for the Customer Information Centre and assist with the support and administration of Front of House and carry out basic maintenance around the building.

Reporting to the Concierge, your main responsibilities will include assisting with the review and implementation of Health & Safety and Fire Safety policies, risk assessments and incident reporting, undertaking weekly inspection of the building?s facilities, dealing with basic repairs or replacements and assisting with the re-sourcing and coordination of all facility and Customer Information Centre requirements. You will also be expected to monitor weekly fire alarm tests and office fire and bomb evacuations, undertake Health & Safety inductions for new staff / contractors and ensure all processes within facilities are documented, reviewed and subsequently updated.

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and will have experience gained from within a customer service environment. You will be extremely customer focussed with the ability to work quickly and flexibly in changing circumstances and to tight deadlines. A born communicator, both written and verbal, you will be confident when dealing with people at all levels and you will build rapport and develop and maintain excellent working relationships. Highly organised, it is essential that you are able to plan and prioritise your workload effectively and remain calm and positive at all times, even when under pressure. It would be advantageous for you to have experience of Health & Safety and hold a formal qualification in this subject but this is not essential.
