Direct Mail / Print Management Client Service Manager is required by this solutions provider in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. We are looking for a talented individual to move into the role of Client Service Manager. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team structured environment. This is crucial as the role is focused around the management, motivation and ultimately development of a team of Account Managers. This person has to have an in-depth knowledge of direct mail, complex mailings, print production and document composition, team management, client development, quoting, financial management - invoicing, single sourcing etc.
Ultimately the Client Service Manager will maintain development and expertise in specialist areas of Direct Mail production while continuing to manage accounts or projects effectively, punctually and to the satisfaction of the client.
The key duties of the role will be as follows:
Building relationships with your team & clients on each account dealt with by your team.
Initiating client meetings, presentations & opportunities to increase turnover & client relationships.
Conducting any appraisals & performance reviews as well as monitoring development & training needs.
The successful applicant can look forward to a competitive salary of £30,000 - £39,000 plus an additional £3k car/car allowance, pension and health insurance after 6months in the role. On top of this life assurance, PHI and gym membership are offered from day one.
