Change Management Consultant : Basingstoke / Bristol : £35-60,000pa depending on experience + bonus + pension + 25 days? holiday + disability insurance

This defence and engineering consultancy is seeking a Change Management Consultant to identify and implement organisational design solutions for a range of global blue-chip clients in the public and private sectors.

Based at client sites as necessary, you will be a member or leader of the team implementing the entire project lifecycle, from production of bids and proposals through to implementation and sign-off by the client. You will assess existing Human Performance activities, and design and develop new roles, job designs, training and curriculum plans and communication plans and materials as appropriate.

In order to have acquired the breadth required by this role, you will have at least 3 years? experience in change management projects, such as implementation of new organisation structure and processes. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of Human Performance offerings as well as at least two of: Change Readiness Assessment; Organisation Design; Process Analysis; Needs Analysis; Learning and Training Requirements Analysis; Knowledge Management; Talent Management. You will have a first degree as a minimum, and further qualifications will be an advantage. You must have complete mobility as you will be required to attend clients? sites throughout the UK for as long as required. Experience in defence and security, transport, utilities and technology, nuclear, and/or Central Government would be a distinct advantage.
