Associate Consultant - Construction and Property Industry - London

Leading Management Consultancy requires Associate Consultants to lead small teams to deliver a service line or major consultancy assignment in the construction and property sector.

The company is looking to double in size over the next 5 years by recruiting and developing people to provide a real value adding service.

The Role

" Contributing to bids and work winning presentations
" Scoping, planning and leading assignments
" Collection and analysis of data
" Project managing major assignments
" Presentation of findings and report writing
" Designing and leading workshops
" Supporting Partners in the delivery of commissions and assignments

The Person

Ideally a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction or property management industry. However we will look at candidates with less experience provided this experience to date is sufficiently relevant.

The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement, management and the provision of consultancy services in the construction sector.

" High degree of competence in IT
" Articulate and confident, with strong communication skills

Qualifications required

" Degree
" Membership of a professional body such as RICS or CIOB or one recognized by the Engineering Council
" Willingness to train to IMC Membership
