This is a fantastic opportunity working for a fast growing company, they are seeking a service manager with managerial experience



KEY TASKS:
Initiate the standards and review the forward planning of maintenance and cleaning activities where appropriate to ensure adequate manpower and its effective use.

Ensure that a culture of Customer Service, Team Working, Task Ownership and Flexible Working is actively encouraged and implemented across the sites.

Liaise with customer Facility Managers with a can do attitude to ensure all opportunities for additional works are optimised and carried out to budget and programme

Develop and maintain asset registers and co-ordinate project variations that arise from day to day operations as well as tasks arising from the asset maintenance register.

Develop and maintain 5 & 10 year lifecycle replacement plans and condition surveys
Effectively communicate the operational management deliverables to all site supervisors ensuring all issues and problems are reported and managed in controlled and timely manner.

Ensure all sub contractor visits are controlled and our responsibilities are undertaken in accordance with all Company procedures for health, safety, environment and quality.

Evaluate performance data & operational status information for performance reporting purposes. Ensuring a documented action plan is implemented for any out of line situations.
