Senior Quantity Surveyor (Leeds, Slough and Cambridge) Competitive salary plus benefits.

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to carry out small to medium sized projects or lead a surveying team on a larger project, advising on potential legal and contractual risks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The main duties of this role are to: -
minimise contractual and commercial risk
maximise commercial opportunity
maintain effective links with Supply Chain
control and reporting on cost and value
supporting the commercial aspects of the design process
prepare and monitor cash flow and budgets
determine with management/planning scope an allowance within subcontract packages.

Qualifications Required:
QS-related degree or equivalent practical work experience - CSCS card : Construction Surveying, MRICS or MCIOB.
