Senior Quantity Surveyor - Executive Level - London - salary £50k : 65k + Benefits

My client is one of the world?s leading construction management consultants and is now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, at executive level, to work on large, mixed used city centre schemes. These are from both the Public and Private Sector.

The successful candidate will have the necessary professionalism, skills, experience and drive to manage these large projects successfully through to completion.

Competencies / skills required:

? MRICS with 5 years plus experience
? A track record in cost management
? Strong pre-contract experience
? Experience of delivering complex projects
? Appropriate experience within mixed use projects
? Prior experience in a consultancy or professional practice environment.
? Effective people management skills
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Cost planning experience on large mixed use city centre urban regeneration schemes would be an advantage.
? Candidates must also be forward-thinking approach with a ?can do? attitude.
