QUALITY SYSTEM

Lead the ongoing development and implementation of the company quality system by
Prepare and support all functions in preparing for client audits.

Liaise closely with client representatives at all stages of the quality audit process.

Undertake process audits and ensure timely close out of any issues. Where appropriate this will extend to supplier audits.

Develop a company Environmental Policy/Environmental Management Plan in parallel with the Quality system.

Implement and monitor a feedback system which targets process improvements at all stages of the process.

To control and co-ordinate an NCR system. Drive improvements through the implementation of corrective and preventative actions.

To implement and maintain an effective reporting/measurement system which tracks progress on both the quality system and on quality of performance/product.


QUALITY CONTROL
Provide leadership and support to the Quality Assurance Engineer and to production management/supervision/team leaders in the control of production quality, and similarly for the site teams where applicable.

Implement and monitor internal company standards which ensure that departments (and individuals) provide a ?quality? service to their internal customers.

Ensure that testing requirements are met at all stages of the process and that appropriate documentation is maintained.
