Our client is actively seeking top-flight, serious and ambitious individuals for a variety of roles across the UK.
For the position of Senior Project Surveyor you will be required to provide a comprehensive, accurate and cost-effective Cost Management service for clients.
Your duties will include:
? Delivering in all aspects of quantity surveying from inception of a project through completion.
? Achieving the highest standards of professional competence and to demonstrating this ability in all dealings with clients and professional contacts, reinforcing the profile of the firm.
? Being aware of marketing opportunities and where recognised bringing them to the attention of Associates, Partners and the Business Development Department, in order that they may follow up potential leads enabling the development of new business.
? Maintaining good relationships with clients, taking every opportunity to uphold and increase the profile of the firm as a provider of professional, premium quality services to the construction industry.
? Providing risk, value and procurement advice in a sector specialism environment.
? Assisting in coaching and appraising of junior members of staff. To act as a supervisor for current graduates and work with them to achieving competences for the APC.
You are likely to have 3 years chartered status, or 5 years relevant cost management experience; however, other relevant experience will be considered if your ability and potential are suitable. You will probably have a degree in a ?built environment? subject, and a relevant professional qualification.
Your specialisms might be Hotels, Healthcare, Sport, Higher Education, Science or Public Services.
