Our client is actively seeking top-flight, serious and ambitious individuals for a variety of roles across the UK.
As part of the business? planned growth, our client is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to work alongside and compliment the existing PM team. To contribute to the structure in both management and project delivery and also in the strategic growth and development during what is a very exciting time for our client?s Birmingham and Manchester offices.
Your duties will include:
? Managing and delivering high quality projects.
? Being responsible for managing and co-ordinating the workload of graduate and assistant Project Managers within the team.
? Assisting in the preparation of tender submissions/fee proposals and attend interviews as required.
? Regularly reporting to the team Partner and Associates on project status.
? Contributing to the development of the PM team in all aspects of training, CPD, Business Development and social events.
You will have Project Management consultancy experience. Experienced is also required of all aspects of Project Management from project initiation/start up to project completion and handover, and with managing and assisting in the training of Assistant Project Managers and Graduates. Ideally you will possess sound knowledge in both commercial offices and mixed use / residential led projects
Experience within the other key sectors, particularly retail, would be an advantage but not essential.
It is likely that you be have at least a 2nd class degree in a relevant subject, and professional membership.
But overall our client is looking for enthusiastic, creative, client-facing individuals to be involved in commercial developments within an exciting team environment.
