Senior Buyer/Manager for busy Facilities Contract based at London Heathrow Airport
£42k package +BUPA+ pension+excellent company benefits

An exciting opportunity to work for the worlds leading facilities Management Company. Working on their prestigious contract based at London Heathrow airport.

Reporting to the regional procurement manager you will be expected to provide and manage at a local level, a cost effective procurement service to the operational business units.
To manage a small team of 4 dealing with sub contractors and suppliers. Some travel is part of this role including Cardiff, Manchester and Newcastle.


Qualifications & Experience Required:
? At least 3 years experience within a similar role.
? Should either hold a CIPS qualification or be willing to qualify following suitable training.
? BIFM or CIP membership would be an advantage.
? Previous experience in FM environment would be desirable.
? Good IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
? Must have excellent communication and relationship skills.
? Good level of presentation skills.
