We are URGENTLY looking for a site electrician who is multi-skilled. The company you would be working for deals with waste management, cleaning, grounds, maintenance, building fabric and mechanical and electrical services.

Your duties would include:

* Daily liaison with the site supervisor,
* To carry out reactive maintenance on electrical/mechanical plant,
* To carry out PPM on a monthly basis,
* To assist other members of the team with room setups and office moves,
* To participate in the call-out rota, approximately 1 in 4.

You will need to have:

At least 3 years in a similar role,
Qualified to a minimum of City and Guilds Part 1 & 2: 2360,
Inspection & testing: 2391 would be an advantage,
IEE 17th edition wiring regulations would be an advantage,
Knowledge of mechanical systems would be an advantage,
Good communication skills, written and verbal,
Valid full driving licence.
