The role will entail working within a small team responsible for a high volume of contracts falling within a set geographical region, ensuring that all commercial aspects of works are covered to minimise business exposure both contractually and financially, ensuring appropriate value recovery and further growth where possible.

Candidates should be highly motivated and able to fit into a team environment, have good communication and organisational skills to successfully complete specific team objectives.

Commercial and Contractual awareness and previous knowledge of the sub-contract/main-contract relationship is essential and is it envisaged the ideal candidate would possess a construction related qualification to a minimum of HNC/HND level with scope to develop on this with the support of the company.
