Mechanical Technician (Gas) - Hampshire £33k per annum+company vehicle+bupa+pension+excellent company benefits

An exciting opportunity to work as a gas engineer for one of the worlds largest facilities management companies. We are looking for experienced engineers service and maintain boilers and mechanical equipment for a council contract in Hampshire. Reporting to the mechanical supervisor you will be expected to work at multiple sites throughout the county.

Details on this role are as follows

Responsibilities

? To complete Gas Service Certificates in accordance with CORGI and Company rules
? To complete service and maintenance report sheets
? To complete time sheets and mileage sheets
? To maintain production levels and workmanship
? To ensure good housekeeping at customer site location
? To ensure good timekeeping and completion of reports
? To ensure the company and HCC procedures are complied with
? To ensure that you work safely to our clients guidelines
? To carry out reasonable requests as directed by Management Staff (including call
out rota)

Qualifications and Experience:

? At least 5 years experience within a similar role
? Trade Qualifications and level to ACS commercial gas as a minimum
? Recognised training and or mechanical apprenticeship (Gas) to ACS commercial gas Boilers
? Knowledge of heating systems and their implementation
? To posses a good Level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills
? Valid full clean driving licence

Other factors:

A company vehicle will be supplied together with full uniform, mobile phone and test equipment etc.
A requirement to go onto the 24hr call out rota.
