Working closely with Clients, Architects and Engineers you will be responsible for commercial and financial decisions on a selected number of project. You will be required to provide accurate project costing from bill of quantities through to take-offs from detailed plans and drawings. As an on going part of the role you will also be responsible for the development of new enquiries from the companies extensive data base of existing and key accounts as well as developing a strong understanding of the marketplace.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record within the construction market as an Estimating Manager.
The ability to work on your own initiative or part of a team
Experience of managing a team of key individuals would also be of benefit.

The client is looking for the right experience for the role, but a recognised third level qualification within a related discipline would be preferable.
